The buyer guide

Buy a finished task, with a definition you can check.

APPFLOWFIX FIELD NOTES · 8 OCTOBER 2026 · 6 MIN READ

Before you pay for help, make the next useful outcome specific. This guide explains fit, alternatives, access, evidence and what a fixed scope actually includes.

Is this the right kind of problem?

AppFlowFix is for an owner of a runnable React/TypeScript app who has one incomplete user task. The app might have been built with Lovable or another AI-assisted workflow. A Supabase connection can be part of the existing stack, but using Supabase does not mean the app needs our service.

A plausible task is an existing form that should create a request, show its saved state and let the same user reopen it. Another is an existing edit screen whose validated updates do not persist. We review the actual behavior before accepting either example. Three screens can still hide a much larger job.

The fixed scope excludes signup and auth-email delivery, search indexing, security/RLS redesign, payment or authentication migration, new roles, broad data migration, hosting transfers, native mobile apps and n8n automation. AuthMailReady and SearchPatch cover the first two specialist lanes. A handoff replaces an overlapping sales conversation; it does not create a second paid commitment automatically.

Try the appropriate native alternative first

A repeatable issue may be manageable with your builder’s planning, history and testing tools. Lovable provides native browser testing and GitHub integration. Check its current documentation and your plan’s usage terms; “built in” does not mean unlimited execution is free.

For a Supabase save problem, the official JavaScript reference can help distinguish a request error from an insert that succeeded without returning rows. For a route problem, inspect the actual rendered component before spending credits on broad regeneration. Our three field guides explain a disciplined first pass.

Independent freelancers and rescue services also compete for this work. At our 7 October 2026 research check, FixMyLovable advertised EUR99 for a single bug and EUR249 for up to five bugs or features. Those are seller asking prices with their own scope, not verified transactions or proof of equivalent delivery. AppFlowFix’s higher fee is a proposal for responsibility across a defined task, evidence and handoff. It has to be worth that difference to you; it is not a proven premium.

Prepare a small, safe brief

Start with the actor, route, expected result and actual failure. Include whether the repository runs, what environment can be used for testing and who can authorize access. Use synthetic data. The initial request should not contain passwords, API keys, active login links, database connection strings or customer records.

Keep screenshots and repository access out of the public intake form. If the task fits, arrange access through an owner-controlled invitation and an agreed minimum permission level. You retain ownership of the repository and decide who can deploy. The form does not authorize changes to a production system.

If the app cannot run from its documented commands, say so. An environment rescue is not silently included in the $799 package. We may recommend a separate diagnosis, a prerequisite fix or a different provider instead of accepting a task that cannot be tested.

What the $799 scope contains

The accepted implementation covers one workflow across up to three existing screens, using the existing app structure and data model. We agree five observable acceptance cases and one neighboring regression before work. The deliverable includes the code change, run instructions, results for those checks and a rollback reference.

The five cases normally address valid input, invalid input, persistence after reopening, repeated action and a recoverable failure. The actual expected results are written for your task. A repeat action might legitimately create another item in one app and need duplicate prevention in another.

One adjustment within the accepted scope is included. A new role, another workflow or a changed data architecture is a new requirement. We pause and agree what happens rather than silently expanding the bill or pretending the original fee covered everything.

Scope approval comes before an invoice

Sending an inquiry is free and does not reserve capacity. After a fit review, you receive a written scope and proposed start date. If you accept, payment is arranged by a genuine invoice or a configured checkout identified in that conversation. This site does not take a payment through a decorative button.

The implementation fee is USD799. Any applicable tax is stated on the invoice before payment. The separately agreed USD149 diagnosis produces a reproduction, likely failure boundary, feasibility decision and next-step memo. It is not a cheaper implementation package, and the diagnosis fee is not automatically credited against implementation unless the written agreement says so.

We work on one paid workflow at a time. The delivery date is agreed after prerequisites and access are confirmed. There is no public countdown or guarantee that every task can be completed in a particular number of hours.

How to judge the handoff

Run the agreed cases in the named environment, or review the recorded evidence with the operator. Confirm that the evidence matches the delivered commit. Check that the neighboring behavior still works and that the run instructions are enough for the authorized deployment owner.

Look for explicit limitations. Was production deployment excluded? Was an external system unavailable? Were all five cases actually run? A useful handoff tells you what remains uncertain. One completed workflow is not a security audit, a complete product launch or a guarantee about every route in the app.

Support and stopping rules

Report a reproducible failure of an agreed case within seven calendar days of handoff. The package includes scoped correction and triage within the agreed support boundary, not ongoing maintenance. New features, new environments and unrelated bugs require a new scope.

If we cannot deliver the accepted cases within the agreed job, the implementation agreement provides a refund of the implementation fee and a findings/rollback handoff. The optional diagnosis remains a distinct deliverable. The final written scope and applicable consumer rights govern the engagement; read the service terms before approving payment.

Draft your workflow locally

This worksheet keeps text in the current page only. It makes no network request and does not save to browser storage. Copy or download before closing the page. Do not enter secrets or personal customer information.

When you can describe the task clearly, send a scope request. If you are still tracing the failure, start with the save-to-result guide.
