Service terms · 8 October 2026

Agree the task before the work begins.

These terms describe the AppFlowFix offer. The written scope, invoice and applicable mandatory rights govern an accepted engagement. An inquiry alone creates no paid commitment.

The implementation offer

USD799 covers one accepted workflow in an existing runnable React/TypeScript web app, across up to three existing screens and the existing data model. The written scope identifies five acceptance cases, one neighboring regression, the environment, deliverables and exclusions. Code changes, run instructions, test evidence and a rollback reference form the handoff.

Signup/auth-email delivery, indexing, security or RLS redesign, payment/authentication migration, new roles, broad data migration, infrastructure rescue, native mobile and n8n automation are excluded. Production deployment is excluded unless separately agreed. A task that depends on excluded work is not automatically eligible.

Fit, access and payment

You must own the app or have authority to arrange access and approve the work. Provide a runnable repository and safe test environment through an agreed owner-managed process. Do not submit secrets in the inquiry. Scope and start date are agreed before an invoice or genuine configured checkout is issued. Applicable tax is shown before payment. Payment does not expand the scope.

Separate diagnosis

The optional USD149 diagnosis produces a reproducible issue description where feasible, a failure-boundary assessment, a feasibility decision and next-step memo. It does not include implementation or guarantee that the app can be repaired within the fixed offer. It is not automatically credited unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Acceptance and changes

The agreed cases define acceptance. One adjustment within the original scope is included. New requirements are paused for a new decision; they are not silently added to the fee. You retain ownership of your existing code. On payment, the engagement transfers the delivered custom changes to you, subject to existing third-party licenses.

Support and remedy

Report reproducible failures of the agreed cases within seven calendar days after handoff. Included support is limited to the accepted task, with up to 60 minutes of correction plus triage as described in the written scope. It is not ongoing maintenance or coverage for unrelated changes. If we cannot deliver the accepted cases, the implementation fee is refunded and findings plus a rollback handoff are provided. An independently delivered diagnosis is treated separately.

Limits that remain visible

We do not guarantee revenue, launch success, whole-app correctness, security certification or third-party availability. We agree a delivery date after access and prerequisites are confirmed. If a prerequisite fails or the accepted scope proves unsuitable, we explain the issue and agree a stop, revision or refund rather than continue without authorization.
